Brian has been involved in the balloon industry since 1990. He has taken Balloons & Events Over Atlanta from a balloon delivery service into the largest balloon decorating company in Atlanta. He runs the company and helps install and decorate whenever necessary. He is a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), an expert in sculpture creation, designed 100 foot tunnels from two giant Coca Cola bottles that won an Allie Award, the Event Industry's highest honor, for balloon decor.
Gayle Rubenstein, Vice President, CBA, CSEP, Event Designer
In 1988, after Gayle entered the world of balloons, the awards and recognition soon followed, Gayle's original designs and innovative techniques earned numerous awards in the balloon industry. Gayle is a pioneer in the balloon decorating industry. She taught for the National Association of Balloon Artists (NABA) and spent three years teaching centerpiece creation and balloon design. She went on to lecture in the Creative College on foam core props, and profitable additions to party design. Her class was voted the favorite class at the Houston NABA Convention. Gayle has also lectured at the Special Events on "Getting More Bang for your Balloon Buck." Gayle has co-authored two "how to" books on balloon design and she has been written up in Balloons and Parties today. Gayle is a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) and Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP). She regularly attends balloon conventions and special event conventions so that she can keep abreast in the industry. She is also and active member of ISES, MPI, and the ACVB.
Aimee Rubenstein, Creative Event Designer
Aimee Rubenstein has had many creative jobs, including floral design and jewelry design. She has brought her expertise with three-dimensional design to Balloons & Events Over Atlanta to their corporate gift basket department, as well as assisting in the creative process for special events. Aimee has worked for Balloons & Events Over Atlanta since 1997.
Tim Holton, Balloon Architect/Event Director
Tim Holton has worked for Balloons & Events Over Atlanta since 1996. His ability to create and design masterpiece balloon creations has made him respected and admired in the balloon industry. He has successfully worked with their large corporate clients and implemented extremely large balloon releases for the Atlanta Motor Speedway, Road Atlanta and Macy's Lighting of the Christmas Tree.
Erica Loman, MBA
Erica Neal is head of the Marketing Department. She has over 10 years of combined event, customer service, and facilitation experience, as well as an MBA in Marketing.
Charese Peters-Ballard, Account Executive
Charese is a native of New Jersey and has been with the company since May 2000, where she started as a sales representative. She transitioned into various job duties which include: accounts receivable, sales, billing, customer service, as well as keeping the flow with driver's deliveries. Charese recently contributed to a successful marketing project with a local radio station, which has proved to be very successful for the company.
Ellen Chaffee, Account Executive
Ellen Chaffee is an account executive and event planner. With a degree in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia and background in tourism sales, Ellen delicately balances left and right brain activities. She has expertise in commercial balloon sales and a passion for children's events.
Latoya Wilson, Helium Account Executive
Latoya serves as the Helium Accounts Executive and has been with us since 2007. She is a native of New Bedford, MA and a graduate of Smith College.
Jessica Saunders, Creative Event Designer
Jessica Saunders has a wealth of industry experience in event planning and design. Some of her clients include INTERNAP and STUDIOCOM.
Joe McKenzie, "DDD" Delivery/Driver/Decorator
Joe started driving for Balloons & Events Over Atlanta in January 1997. He is a native of Atlanta and has been an asset to the company. He is well liked by all his customers and has been awarded Balloons & Events Over Atlanta's "Most Valuable Employee" Award many times. Joe is also a seasoned balloon decorator.
Michael Mink, Dispatcher
Michael has been with the company 20 years and has worked in almost every position from driver to manager. At the current time he is dispatcher; the person that keeps the company in rhythm with his amazing organizational skills. Michael also keep rhythm as a drummer in his Atlanta based rock band, the Zachary Taylor Band.
